I need the help,I fix motorised dish for dream box but need to tune it

Yes he did set up with on staf , after when I fixe box , noting happen semes box doesn't read the motor . I can't scan or move the dish to west or est

You need to set up your tuner configuration and put the correct longitude and latitude into your box.
