Try it yourself its not that hard ! within a hour you could be up and running! and it will give you the confidence to swig it around to different satellites manualy or do any upgrades you may consider in years to come, Many satellite users are afraid to touch there Satellite dishes or go messing with it !
Honestly try it yourself first, if not then call someone but at least give it a try... there is more than just Sky up there

I'd have to agree with Alun, and say give it a go yourself first. That is as long as you are happy on a ladder if you need one!
Anyway, there is an installer on Belfast Gumtree. His name is Tim. You will see his ad on the front page, look for a TV aerial! I emailed him out of curiosity to get a price and he was very reasonable.
As it turns out I did it myself and saved the few quid I'd have paid him

Did you follow the many guides to setting up a motorised system?
Have you made sure that your pole is 100% straight all around?
What size of dish are you using?
When you say you can't get a lock on those satellites, does the motor turn the dish to them?
30W is a fairly strong satellite so if you aren't getting it then it is most likely a simple problem like alignment, or your channel list settings.
Edit: it may be worth changing the title of this post if possible, or starting a new one stating that you can't get those satellites. You may get more replies...

OK, it's most likely your setup then.
Make sure that your satellites.xml is a fairly up to date one, and then go into your receivers menu and manually add the satellite 4.8E.
What I think is happening is that you have a channel list that says 4.8E but the receiver has 5E so it gets confused.
I'm not sure if yours is similar to mine but if it is then you need to do the following.
Press Menu>>button 6>>then scroll to and select satellites and transponders.
Click on Satellite configuration then press yellow buton for New.
A new drop down box will be highlighted. Use that one and select 4.8E. Press green to save it, exit out of menus then reboot your receiver.
Once you do that, check to see it works.Comment
