Tune failed

Hi, friend has a problem with dm800 clone, been working fine for a few years, but then he could not connect to any channels, kept saying tune failed, settings for tuner we're correct,

Simple
Single

So he purchased new tuner and installed it but he still has same problem, put my bouquets on it but still the same, signal strength zero, any ideas, thanks
Also tried it on another satellite dish, still no joy
