Green Light

Can someone please help I just bought an Eagle Box S when i turned it on all i have is a green light on the unit but there is no picture on screen I tried another scart just in case, any ideas on what might be wrong or do i box it up and send it back?
BTW i can link to the box and send data but see nothing no menus.

Have you tried,
Turning tv off (unplug), leaving eagle on, then restart tv to find av you plugged into.

Have you tried the av leads instead.?

Tried a different tv did not try different leads will try that

If you use the av leads, you have to put the tv on av mode.
also try turning dbox off by plug (leave tv on) then turn dbox on again.

Will yry but i had 2 more boxes last week with no problem, i rang the company and their short answer was you need to flash the box with boot loader or v5, ?
I think the box is f***ed prove me wrong please

all the boxes i have ever bought have had an image already on, Although saying that, i have just ordered a db800 and it says they will try to load thes KAOS image on but they cannot guarrantee this as customs are against it........
if this is the case then i will have to put the image on.
Do you have a null modem cable to load flash ?

Yes i have a cable but not sure what software to use or load on, i have done eurovox and digivos and humax so if you could point me in the right direction i will try it, hope this is all thats wrong as i rang the company and they said they will replace it if its faulty but i have to pay to get it back.

Yes no probs........ when you load it will say cannot find bootloader. dont worry this is not a problem as it hasnt got one to save memory.

thanks for help lads I reflashed and also used a 3amp power supply instead of the 2amp that came with it working fine now.
