Dreambox going under

I have received the below email from a supplier of Sat boxes, are they talking sense or just trying to sell me a different box, big lover of the Dreambox so easy to setup and use id hate to have to move to another make
"Most tv providers have or are going to switch to the mpeg4 codec, which isn?t compatible with these boxes, (sky Germany/Italy, most of europe have switched already, sky uk expected end of this year or start of next). Would you consider the skybox f3s, I can do a good price on these, extremely reliable box with great tuners and very easy to seup and maintain, and importantly mpeg4 compatable"
