Problems with JSC sports on 13.0E

channels 5 - 8 have moved providers now under the Harmonic provider.. 1-4 are still under Telespazio..

I've just checked the Al Jazeera Sports website and nothing is being broadcast on channels 5-8.. this is why it will be blank screens.. when the champions league group stages start these channles will be broadcast on

so how do we get the new transponders? Almost every one i know lost JSC 1, 3, 4.

They need to act fast because they will lose customers who use 13e

they dont need to do anything.. in fact they already have.. they have advertised it on their website.. YOU need to re scan the hotbird satellite..

Did everyone you know loose JSC 1-4 because like you, they were sharing off an expired card..??

JSC 1-4 clearing fine for me.. Carling Cup on 1 & 3.. Real Madrid on 2, Italian football on 4

i have just discovered that the JSC channels i have are all on transponder 11295H yet these channels are suppose to be on 11296H

i have tried a manual scan but no channels are coming

do an auto scan of the whole satellite.. takes about 3 mins max.. they will all be there then.. there are 10 new transponders on hotbird so a full scan is adviseable
