Hi there, I've been searching for hours but cannot find a solid answer on this.
I have a single satalite feed from a communal Dish (single LNB, not possible to get more)
I've set it up so that the loop out on the dreambox gets sent to the bedroom and feeds into the Starview HD combo box. When the dreambox is turned on, I can get all the channels on the starview that are the same transponder as the channel the dreambox is on, which is great. However, if I put the dreambox into standby, I get no signal on the starview at all.
I want to be able to get all the channels when the dreambox is in standby. Is there a way to shut off the LNB when it's on standy? I don't do any recording etc.
Note, the deep standby feature doesn't seem to work at all. I'm running Dream Elite on blackhole and there is no option to deep standby on the shutdown menu. If I try to do it from the web console then the box just reboots. Same thing happens if I do a shutdown, just restarts again.
I would like to just do a soft standby as I need to access the DM remotely when I'm streaming over the internet.
Any help would be appreciated, many thanks.
