DM500 Commando image, problem

Hi guys I was hoping someone here could help me. I've had commando running on my mates dm500s which has been working perfectly. Now suddenly after a modem upgrade from Virgin media (superhub)it's not clearing any paid channels. I'm sure it is a minor issue in the router settings to get it working but I'm struggling. Any ideas?
Also my mate had been playing with the remote pressing buttons randomly to try to get it working (idiot) but now when I press blue button to access cams it says this menu is currently disabled so I can't even restart cccam, any ideas how to enable the blue button menu again?
