Calm down, no need to panic. Can you just explain to us again what your problem is? What software are you using? What receiver is it?

you need to get a image file to flash it to the box
they are in the download section of this forum to your pc
when you press flash on dreambox it will open a window naigate to the image file and click on it
what box do you have

OK here goes.

First you will need a null modem cable.

The images for the box are in the download section.

Digital Kaos - Downloads - Images

Dreamup is also in the download section this is what you will need to flash the image to the box.

Digital Kaos - Downloads - Dreambox Forever

Upon successful flash you will then have to configure the box to get the channels.

Information on this can be found on the forum.

Be warned though setting up of the Dm500s is a tricky process and some of the information cannot be discussed on here.

Have you tried unzipping the downloaded file with a program like WinRAR.. You must upload an image file.. These have .img extentions...

Do the files you are trying to flash end in .img or .zip?
