Dreambox help

I am going to buy a Dreambox but need some help to make up my mind as to which one.
I need to be able to record. I know that pvr will record but will it let me time record ie as s--plus boxs does but not necessary two channels at the same time.
Will a Dreambox with pvr let me record scrambled channels as my Technomate 5400 CL+USB will not.
Will a Dreambox unscrambled most channels??

Any dreambox will record an encrypted stream with time record. Some will do it to an internal or usb HD but the 500s will only record to a network share.

As for watching encrypted channels, google "card sharing" as it's not allowed to be talked about on this forum.
