I have 2 brand new DM500S, both come completely dead for some reason and cannot get hold of the seller for a replacement
, is there any way of getting a commando image on these, I have read something about j,tagging but un sure on how to do it and would rather not 
,
tried dream-up and it just says connection prepared switch on box but then nothing happens, is there any other way or are they useless?
