I have been using my DM800 (probably a clone) for just under 2 years. I had installed openpli 3.0 and all was well, however yesterday I was tinkering with the bouquets and within minutes I lost my tuner (no idea how this happened).
In my wisdom I though a Software Update might help me so I ran this from the menu on the box and it did it's thing. As it rebooted to the new "winter" theme (previously I had an "Autumn" theme), it simply hung with a spinning wheel in the top left and a flashing red LED on the box. I have tried to power off and reboot a number of times to no avail.
My questions are:
1) Is the box dead?
2) If not, please can somebody advise on the best/latest image and where I can get it.
(I am not whizz when it comes to these boxes, so any detailed instructions for resolving my problem will be HUGELY appreciated).
