need help plz new box stuck on 1st page

hi everyone
i bought new box arrived today connected to tv and dish the box seems to stuck on the first page saying digital kaos on back and on front select pal and press green
but pressing on remote green doesnt work , and also front button for standby dosent work also.

i switched on and off the box it starts and then same page appears but nothing can be done with remote

change many time with diffrent battires also.

plz help wats wrong

needs to be reflashed m8 nullmodem cable look for latest image in down loads also click on sat dreambox over your post for help good luck m8
