dcc load keys error

got to the stage using dcc to load keys but click on reconnect and it says error 10057 in fuction send socket is not connected please explain

try cheching your ip address, user name and pasword are correct make sure your ethernet cable gose via a rooter
if you type your dm ip address in your web browser can you get the web interphase

cheaked my ip address nd put it in my dm box ad just changed thelast diget for my dm box but till the same error

can you see your web interphase the reason i am asking is your network set up proper also are you using a DDC for enigma 1
