Auto channel updating plugin

Is there a most recent auto channel updating tool/plugin for 28.2 available now as im tying to install ABM on my dm800se but keeps spitting it out telling me about that it cant connect to servers?


Im thinking that ABM for dm800se is no longer and there may be others now?

you need Rats auto bouquets mate but there are others ..................paul

ABM works fine on a DM800 (and SE) running an OE image like OpenPLi. It's much better than using something like Rats updater as it gets the channel list from the data stream and will be local for you. If the download isn't available in your image download feed, try asking Mr Google for the ipk.

Im running openpli as my image now but finding it tricky downloading the ABM through tspanel as it wont install according to server problems? just giving openatv a bash now as they have lots of different plugins on the menu side

Install the one i uploaded to /tmp folder and then install from there as its already in .ipk format

Been having a mess with this autobouquets e2 plugin but Im finding it easier using the other version that is Autobouquetsmaker e2? I find theres more features and the listing options are far better than the other? What versions do you guys prefer??

This is only because I have got a zgemma h1 and its ABM on that which im use to? the other plugin is a lot different.

Is there a link on here for the Autobouquetsmaker e2 which will work on my dm800se guys??

where not talking about the Zgemma on this thread but about the DM800se and because you have to use patched images its doubtful the ABM E2 plugin gets updated you have to manually install it if you want the latest version

Do you have latest version please matey for the dm800se for the Autobouquetsmaker??

Also I have flashed an openpli image which I think has a date of around 2014 on the file, do you think its a good idea to update this or not bother? I clicked on the update software link to see what updates it would bring up and it did mention that it may not boot up after update but I suppose its trial and error??

Not a good idea to try and do an update as all the images are patched and i doubt you will get any updates after 2 years as OpenPLI stopped supporting Dreambox around 2 years ago anyway.

Ah sorry digicon.........I forgot that I downloaded it the other day that file, oops!!!

That file in question tho? is it the Autobouquet's file or the actual Autobouquetsmaker??

I notice that the one you uploaded is the autobouguets?

The uploaded file is for Autobouquets by LraiZer and not the AutobouquetsMaker, they are different. There is an ABM with custom provider list here
