where do you live.. up a mountain..?

if its that windy then get a bigger heavier dish, ground mount it then put your motor on it..

        a bit like this..

Thanks: been there done that and it does not last the problems are the bearings in the motor and at arm will not takethe abuse no matter what motor i use this is not an option ive had motorised dishes since dmac days(1991 i think) so you could say i have a small bit of experience with this. my only option is loads of dishes or 1 fixed dish the only thing im looking for is anybody with any feedback on fixed dish systems please.

and yes to answer your question yes up a mountain but not any old mountain the second windiest place in europe and not in the uk but very similar footprint . you would get between 15 and 20% more out of your dish setup with a good quality lnb and matching feedhorn.
