DM800 DM 800 hd - Box not detecting any signals or cable from dish.

Hello,

My DM800 has stopped working. It was using the message ' Tuner Failed '. I tried to check the LNB power by trying another box and it works fine. I have done the factory reset but its still not tunning any channels. I have never flashed or updated my box. Please help with whatever information you can.
