1W or 0.8W?

silly question, but is there any difference between these 2 satellites 1W or 0.8W?

for example, canal+ nordic is available on both but just wondering as i can only get 0.8w here in london?

is there a massive difference?

some images show it as
0.8w , 0.9w , 1.0w
