Sat Receiver, which one do i need?

Hey all , my grandfather has asked me to find out if i can source him a sat receiver. I myself have a cable receiver (eurovox ex5100 PVR) this is what has inspired him. Firstly , which one should he buy? Secondly, is it pretty simple to setup etc...? Any help would be much appreciated chaps

Wants the same idea as my Eurovox but not using cable lik myself but using his sky dish.... Lots of free channels i suppose would be the correct thing to say....

Ahh you'll be looking at a dreambox, and doing some stuff hthat you can't talk about on the fourm, sky isnt open like cable though..
