confused with adding cams manually

I have a TGM 220 connected to a 1m sly dish and basically I need to add the cccam 2.1.3. I have the cam file on the desktop which is in RAR format
Now what doesnt make sense is that do I send the whole rar file into the var/bin
Or do I only send certain files into the folder?
by the way there are the files inside that rar folder:
CCcam.mipsel, CCcam.ppc, CCcam.x86, CCcam.x86_64, ChangeLog, CCcam.armeb.eabi, CCcam.armeb
