dreambox satellite dish

im thinking about getting a dreambox what sort of satellite will i need a motorised satellite dish or can i use a fixed dish

depends on what sort of channels you are after, the more sats you can get the more channels you can see so motorised is best.

you can use either but a motorized dish would be a better choice you need a minimum of 80cm dish

i have a quick look around various sat shops on line and the http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1m-MOTORISED-S...item334e41644f
seems to be the cheapest its well worth the extra cost to get a motor

in my opinion id choose.
dish. gibertini or triax
motor. tm2600 or stab 100/120.
as for size 80-85cm is fine but a 100cm will give you a better bad weather margin used with a 0.1 0.2db lnb.
