Broadcast your dreambox to Justin.tv in six simple steps

1- Install vlc any version above 1.0.0
2- download and unpack jtvlc plugin to simple folder without spaces in your pc(e.g c:\jtvlc)
3- download and install Tunisia-sat dreambox player and web streamer 6.0.3 to your pc and run it


4- fill settings as in following picture ..check enable restreaming checkbox



5-after start streaming jtvlc plugin setup form appears ,fill it as indicated



6- After few seconds from running the jtvlc plug vlc window will appear streaming the dreambox channel and after few second dos windows appears indicating success of connection with justin tv and your browser start your justin tv broadcasting your dreambox

its just crossed my mind..is there a similar program we could use for the xbox360 regardiing 'Tunisia via VLC to eliminate the need for video cards!! i have always thought this is possible

yes i know ihave an 8mb broadband connection and so cannot stream above 400 as my upload speed is allot less
BUT i am still amazed that after countless hours, and downloads i find a superb guide like this to finally get me ready to stream

Ive got 20meg and still it sucks, bloody VM.

But yeh, great piece of software this.

hi
first download latest version here and it is most stable
the source code of the program is very complicated and does many things viewing,streaming ,recording and for enigma1 and 2 and the price will be loss of some stability
in windws 7 you have
to run the program first time from control panel-program and choose xp mode settings this may solve the problem
second you may run it by right mouse click and choose run as adminstrator

virgin media have increased upload speeds now. im on 20meg broadband and now upload is 2meg. i have never experienced such amazing speeds

Hi,

I need some help. I have followed all the instructions but have trouble with the last part. When I click the button to get the stream key all i get is the page were i can start broadcasting my webcam from and do not see a stream key at the bottom of the page. I wasnt sure what to do so I just copied the URL and put that in the box forstream key and hit run. Anyway I can see my dreambox streaming in dreambox player and the stream opens up in vlc player just like in the instructions bt on justivtv all i can see is me webcam! How do i change this so that people can view my dreambox stream ?

for changing from webcam capture to capture stream from dreambox, i do not have idea but the help forum for justin tv will solve the issue simply
