what is the best sat to lock on to so i can tighten the bolts ups and the motor follows the arc and should be able to get the other sats

If you have 4 bolts in a square so to speak nip top left then bottom right then bottom left, and top right then go around again tightening them fully

and what sort of percentages should i be getting snr,agc,ber

I get 78% SNR and 99% AGC 0% BER try and get the SNR as high as possible

am getting 61% snr 99% agc and 0 ber so do i have to move east/west or up and down to improve the signal

Get someone to watch the signal while you tweak the dish.
