what CCam version needed to join this kind of server

hey all iam here from egypt i joind a paied server on ccam 2.1.4 & my server line starts with C:

but some friend who sent me his CCam.cfg

it got this weird server line which starts with N:

anydiea what version i need to install on CCam to join this server? thank you

even if iam going to install 3 r 4 to know which 1 exactly would be good
