I have in the menu system under satfinder 97% signal strength, but the SNR in the picture tell SNR N/A AGC N/A BER N/A. Suggestion what the problem is?

Have you gone in to tuner config menu , and configured your tuner settings properly ,if not more info needed , is it motorised , was it working previously ,

Yes it works before except that the picture sometimes freeze for 2 to 10s and then it work again.
Therefor I try to move the dish into a new position and after that I got this problem.
I try to skip the diseq and only connect direclty to one of the lnb. The problem still there.
Can the tuner in the dreambox be broken?Comment

Now I have went to a friend and tried at his place. His box work but mine still have the same problem.
It's 800HD S.
I tried differents image, now I have this image sim201e-75-GP470-dm800-20100209

Sounds like a bad tuner mate , Rev L3 is the latest clone tuner , suppose to be glitch and fault free , maybe try your mates tuner in your box (if he has a dm800)Comment
