My computer ,modem and router are all up in the loft, what would be the best way to connect the dreambox which will be 2 floors down to my router ?

85s work like a dream mate very good , the info getting sent is not big atall, you will need a spare ethernet port on your modem to plug in to then the homeplug plugs in to the mains and your good to go,

I had a similar situation and just ordered these dLAN 200 AV Wireless G Starter kit and the thing works a treat. Not only do I get a 4 wired connections off the router downstairs but I can also extend my wireless two floors below. I can confirm it works with a dreambox. Brilliant piece of kit.
