                        need help with dm800 tuner

                        hi sorry to bother you only have have placed all hd channels on to my dm800 now by following the instructions DreamBoxEdit but dm800 says tuner error i do a scan and still can't receive s*y hd channels but can get normal channels do you have any idea or put me onto some that can help
