You need to make sure you download Enigma 1 settings . youl also need to extract the settings on your pc and then use a programm called Dreamboxedit to send them to your dreambox. Try these settings they should work fine on your dm500.

i told him to connect the box to the router then download them direct to the box via the remote addons, they should be there. the channel settings on the screen will be enigma 1 settings, as its an enigma 1 image.

dont know why they are not there, but if you have downloaded them and then done a factory reset that will wipe them, along with your cccam etc.

when you have dloaded them to the box, it will ask install settings, say yes, then just switch box off for 30 secs then plug back in and they should be there.

i done that but still no joy i went into addons uninstall panel and they not listed there but r taking space up. werid i think i reflash it tomorrw and try again will update 2morrow

i gonna try a reflash 2m and if it dosent work il try this way cheers for that

ok i got the motor setting installed for some strange reason i couldnt get them installed thought the image. so i tryed curious way and it work ok.
so i went though them and send the motor to all the main sats. all worked ok espect 16.0E which send the motor to 0 instead
anybody have any ideas?
