Cannot find which transponder.

Dam, after fiddling and setting to default have lost all my settings for the transponder for Hotbird 13e and astra 19.
Basically cannot find any channels as do not know which transponder to use or how to find out which one to use.
I am in Newcastle upon Tyne if that is of any help.
Could someone tell me whcich ones to use or how to find out which ones will be ok for me. Thanks.

Just configure your tuner to Hotbirn and Astra then do automatic scan.. it will bring all channels back

Have done that and after it locks Astra transponder scan is scanning Frisbee and Hotbird only Data system 76
Bloke who installed dish had some problems tuning it in and was inputting the frequency manually to get it to work.
No idea what to do next.

check the red stickies in general sat section. use the strongest transponder guide,and do a manual scan with network search selected for each of he sats you require

If your bouquets have the channels in already dont they just take you there or didnt you have them saved??

Thanks for your answers, the box is a 7020 with darkstar2 installed. Regarding the backup, no not have been able to back it up, have tried and tried but not been able to.
Have managed to backup the bouquets and some other files on DCC but not the image itself.
Have managed to put the bouquets and few other things I backed up on dcc via the restore option and all is working fine, your help was most helpful thanks.
Any simple way to backup the image itself as have tried a couple of different options I have come across but with no success.
