pli jade no channels

loaded pli jade on box, rescaned but channels wont come on, they are listed but wont clear. any ideas?

i was trying to get terestial tv to come on. all sorted now just did factory reset then scaned.
another prob is the info bar,it has one at top and bottom cant get rid of top one, and timeout wont change! changed them in osd settings, rebooted but still the same! doing my head in...

Did you try pressing the OK button twice?
Most of the time that will clear the info bars.
