19.2e channel probs

hi,anybody no what has happened to channels nova cinema,ct2,tv markiza,tv joj,tv nova,darlingtv,prima tv,tv barrandov,ct4 sport,eurosport 2 on sat 19.2e, frequency 12382 ,symbol rate 27500 ,fec 3/4, done a new scan etc and are showing up but when trying to view getting service not found(sid not in PAT)

they have somehow managed to come on now,baffled what happened there,thanks anyway
