unit independently powered to move motor

PLease help,I thought I had seen a thread about a unit to control the motor which was independently powered which copies the DisEqc commands from receiver to motor and passes receiver switch signals to lnb. It also passes lnb signals to receiver.

Can anyone point me to this thread?

i ve not seen the thread but the device your looking for is called a vbox it is mainly used to power jack motors on large prime focus dishes as thy require a higher voltage than diseqe motor,you would also need to run a separate 4 core cable to the motor 2 to drive the motor and two for the east and west limits

I run 36 volts,so DisEqc commands you would not need to setup in your sat receiver.
