lost channels

can anyone help me
I can only pick up fta channels, the rest are showing blank screens, can get the info (now and next) but no image or sound.
Been working fine since i got it (few months back)
Connected to server (cline)
Flashed my box with Pli-Jade 3 just incase it was something my end, added my cline back in via flashxp but still havin same problem
emailed the person im subscribed to just incase its that end and awaiting response

the guy u got the cline off has turned it off . how long have u have it and did u pay for it
