upc direct 1west signal probs

hi,just found out there that upc direct leaving some sats and all moving to 1west sat, unfortunatly i have a block of flats in that direction,now i can get quite a few channels on that sat even get a pretty good signal on Thor-5 @ 0.8 west 12341 28000 Duna 1HD MPEG-4 ,which i believe is the strongest transporter,is there anything other i can do to try get signal on upc direct,(im not demolishing the flats ? its just says tune failed

forgot to mention,is it not strange that when i do a scan on that sat i can pick all them channels up(upc direct) but when trying to view them getting tune failed,

been reading about the net etc and seems alot of people have experienced tune failed but not really able to answer why,i dont even thik the flats are now really bocking me as i seem to pick hell of alot of channels still.one guy has said he fixed his problem

The solution is to buy/use a ALPS LNB. The fact is that some channels need more power. (its an 22Khz high band issue)
can someone tell me if they think this wud work

Do you have geniune dm?apparently tune failed is a flaw on the tuner side.i think the only way to solve is buy a new tuner

I have gemini installed,its also a clone dm800s,didn't think it wud be an image problem or tuner problem as can clear most other channels ok and all other sats fine including hd channels,prob just upc direct on 1 west
