anyone tell me how to see ecm on pli jade 3 and what are ideal readings,

One of the skins displays ecms though can't remember which off the top of my head.

But you can also install cryptinfo from the PLi d/l server which will display ecm times amongst other things and is accessed by the yellow panel

Blackbox (latest) skin will do what you require using PLi.
