    YaoXin Electronics (HongKong)Limited

    Hi All,

I just ordered my DM800HD-s from Tina Zhang at YaoXin Electronics and I must say I found it a very pleasant and helpful experience. I'm looking forward to receiving my new toy, and will probably posting lots of questions about setups ect ect..........

Yep, if the threads on other forums are to be believed their service has dropped as demand has increased...

It think some UK sellers lost sales when tony started to get plugged. so they like to bad mouth him , a nd a few of the sellers that bad mouth him buy from him add ?30/40 then re sell them on ebay
IMO Tony's a top sellers, Tony's a top guy even gave me a free wifi thing.
say his Friend sent you from dk to get a good price.

          each to the own .

p.s on a side note me thinks Dave-h should be a mod.

i know loads of people who have bought from Tony, all good news i've heard.. as said above, the guy is selling at a decent price so uk based sellers will be trying to badmouth him as their prices are a joke for a clone

Oh no!!!!!!! I bought a DM800 from them it was faulty on arrival, what a fight I had with them and it was Tina Zhang I dealt with too.
Firstly, from the day I got the Dm800 it would not move the dish , then a few days later the motherboard died no picture, sound, snr, agc nothing got in touch with them said to send it back which I did cost me ?30 for the pleasure.
They said we send you another I said no I want a refund but they where not having it and where adamant I was not getting a refund they would send a new one by ems which would probably take about five weeks . So after having a fight with them back and forth for about four weeks and them ignoring my e-mails, I raised a dispute with alibaba who mediated between us, this dispute went on for another two weeks.
Eventually they said ok you can have a refund but the cheeky ~~~~ers said ( wait for it) we will keep ?50.00 for wear and tear FFs I nearly fell off my seat it never worked from day one Lol . So In the end I had to get the credit card company involved and they gave me a full refund. A big lesson learnt there don?t buy from china.
Also read other horror stories on other forums but that was after I had bought mine
So Nuke 272 I wish you all the best on your purchase and hope you have more luck than I had.

what you have to remember is that people are more than happy to raise complaints etc when things go wrong.. but what about when they go right..? They keep quiet..

Google anything.. Mercedes, BMW, Nike, British Airways

You'll get hundreds of people saying they are shite..

At the end of the day you are buying a pirated copy from China..

If you are that arsed about your cash, put it away for a little bit longer, save a bit more and buy a GENUINE Dreambox 800 or 500HD..

You get what you pay for

Very true opsmonkey, when ppl get a good box, they go on their merry way and say nothing, but as soon as a bad one come's along "uproar". I got a dm500s from china and it's marvellous. It could also be competitor's mouthing off as said earlier. No doubt there's gonna be a bad box here and there, just the luck of the draw I guess. Clone's eh....

well if you pay by paypal or visa, just send the item back and ask for refund, if they dont reply to emails and dont give you refund like they did to me, just write to your VISA issuing bank and order them to start chargeback procedures.. you will get your money back 100% o(minus return postage)
