    channels but no picture

    i have all channels saved and have endless channels including sly sports etc.. but all i get is a black screen and no picture/sound
    i have tried holding the info button for 3-4 seconds but the channel info comes up and nothing else happens

      It sounds as if the channels are encrypted you will have to get a valid sky subscription in order to view Sky channels.

          I assume it's encrypted channels you are having trouble with?

                          A sky white card will only give you access to a small number of channels eg Fiver, five us, Channel 4 hd etc. It will not give you access to skys premium channels like sky sports or sky one.

                                  active subscription - no sports or movies on it just the knowledge and variety packs

                                      You need to install/set-up a softcam (CCcam etc to read your Sky card. You'll only be able to decrypt the channels you subscribe to though.

                                      Can't really say to much more than that because of forum rules....

                                          softcam alrready setup, tried and tested last night got the channels i pay for but not the rest
