tuner problem or cable problem ?

Yesterday all my channels and dish stoped moving :-( now i also get snr 46% ish and no agc ??

    What i've done
1: checked cable are clear (no direct shorts but 300ohms resistance )
    2:checked voltage out of tuner 18v and 13 v (correct i presume )
3: checked voltage at end of cable run by vbox only getting 10v and 13v ???? (fishy)
4:checked at end of run by lnb 10v 13vthere also ?

What do you guy think is it water in the coax or a tuner problem the system has been up running well over 4 years no problems until now grrr

dont want to reflash image got everything up n running as i want epg vod streaming

Replaced cable to vbox2 everything sorted now must have been water / ice something in cable but strange that it wasn't down between screen and main core just a little bit high resistance ???
I was using crimped f-type fittings no breaks in cable or joins with insulation in good shape !!
Snr and agc back up into the 90's :-)

      dam cables hay
