SNR affecting channels or dish not big enough?

I have got most channels no problem with the general SNR in the high 80's.

altough there are some channels that have low SNR such as MUTV with 71 snr and espn classic with 69 snr, and i cant view them.

My dish size is 45cm and im in belfast so i reaslise i'm on the lower limit of size required but i was just wondering do any experts here think thats the sole reason why i have low snr on some channels or could it be another problem such as fine tuning dish, lnb, cables or tuner?
