Dreambox internet usage

i want to no how much internet does the dreambox use a day approx.

well it depends how much u use it mate just like the internet more u change channels and download plugins images etc the more ur gonna use simples

well figures quoted on 5 -6 hours a day for a month range from 2 -4gb so not much at all

I am trying to connect DM800HD to internet by using the T-Mobile 3G Air-card without success.

The image is Gemini 5.1 which has the x-modem plugin.

However, which ever port I selected. it shown:

Dialing..... FAILED.


Any advise would be deeply appreciated.

My advise is start your own thread, not one titled internet usage as you wont get much help.

i wouldnt no

about 4 gig a month at most
as a viewer

what planet are you on

i have mine running all day a s*rver and it uses tiny amounts-in the kb's a day so no where near gigabytes a month

most addons are only a few mb at the most

mate if u read a previous thread a guy done a study with a 3g dongle and his findings were that it was 3 gigs so my figures are based on those facts

i think he should study something else then. if you look at a previos thread you will find the real facts in detail.

1.5-3gb a year maybe depending on max usage.
It's data thats all.

im the guy that did that study ive 10 gig a month download
and i keep an eye on it like a hawk
and as the previous poster said ya asked a question and ya got an answer no need to be getting carried away about it

ya can believe the results or not im not bothered
