    New to Sat side

    Hey Guys
    Im thinking of making the transition from cable to sat. All im wanting to do is set up a sat and box so i can connect to my bro's HD sub. Ive been reading up a bit on internet but im just looking for tips on the easiest way to do this. I have an old dish already on the side of my house im thinking i can use? Also what box would be best for me not looking for amything special just regular reliable movies sports etc would be good! I undertand there are rules on some talk so just the best tips anyone can give me! Totally new to this so learning from the beginning! Thanks.

      You need a Linux based box like a Dreambox 800 if your looking to get into card sharing. Best bet is ask Mr. Google and he will tell you all you need to know

          Ok thanks are they boxes easy enough to use though? When I looked at it there it said for the sat enthusiast only that has a lot of technical knowledge!? Obv im on to learn anyway just not wanting to get stuck with something to technical!
