Being a SLY customer, which is the best way to setup my router on DYNDNS on my router so ISP can not trace my ports or any legal (opposite) activity? Any advice is appreciated and thanks in advance.
How to stop ISP tracing router activity?

i guess the only thing you can do is not share on the default port for dreambox , which is 12000 , change it too a diferant port , thry using one that game servers use .
even doing that wont guarentee no comebacks , no doubt you will get replies saying not to share on sly bb , but i like to think there exists laws regarding users privacy and isp`s cant go snooping around without evidence of illegal activities

if it was top of their priorities, they could have everone no problems

previous life dm800hd and 500c on cable

TBH the traffic going across their network is none of their business until someone shows them a warrent to make it thier business, so doubt they'd really care one way or the other. It might breach their T&C's/AUP to have a 'server' of any description on their network, in which case they could just ask you to stop or kick you off, but as I said before the traffic itself is not their concern.
If they do intercept your traffic they may be in breach of the data protection and the telegraphy acts as well
