Satellites.xml to include telecom at 2 or 3E

hi guys ,
Searching satelliweb.com shows that championship games are on 2E or 3E on a sat at 3pm, but i cannot find a satellites.xml generator anywhere that includes these satellites.
i know that this bird is inclined orbit so most generators don't include it.
If someone has these frequencies in their satellite.xml i'd be grateful if you could post these frequencies and i could copy them into my satellites.xml.

There are 3 satellites around 2 to 3'e listed on there. I think the telecom satellite was retired ages ago so more than likley it's an old astra bird in place now, and the satelliteweb listed it wrong?

A google reports Telecom 2a was put into junk orbit back in October 2005
