hi m8, assuming sgt.flip flop is ur image u need to download the rite bouquet for that image that will sort out your channel line up to the rite order..

would a multi sat bouquet be different than a fixed dish one sat,curious if you can use the wrong one?

Don't really know. I have updated this bouquet about 6-7 times with no problem.

Could it be Black Hole image ?
