Channels glitching after channel list update

Hi guys

I just updated my channel list using one of the latest/last sgpflipflop settings and i seem to be getting freezing on many channels esp HD channels. Anybody what would cause this?

sounds like your server mate. try using auto bouquets for your channel list see if that helps
