Creating epg or bouqets

i am a complete novice to this and have just got my first dreambox 800 hd pvr, its fantastic but my only problem is that i have a list of channels a mile long and i wanted to create new menu's or download ready made menu platforms, I googled some of this already but i am having some difficulty doing it. Basically i downloaded a file: enigma2-plugin-extensions-autobouquets-e2_201210091615_all.ipk and uploaded it into the *.tmp directory, when i go to install this from the sofrware management/install local extension section it does not see the file i uploaded and comes back saying no displayable files on this medium found

I am in Ireland so is there any other ways of doing this or am i doing something wrong?

What image are you using mate, also do you have tspanel on your image

copy the file to your USB stick and install from there, although it should install via your tmp folder.
