channels not showin on dreambox

can any one help i have updated my channel list with catseye enigma but when i check my drema box on sky uk crime is not showing in the list but it is showning on the list ondreambox edit before i update it is up dateing as when i check the upto date daste is showing in the settings but for some reason crim is not showing also how would i clear all the channel lists for all the satelites and start again as i hve bbc olympic channels which no longer work but i carnt delet them any help would be grateful

when you update channel list you must reboot box for changes to take effect.
