Guidance needed

Can someone guide me regarding installing bouquets ?
I have flashed my Dreambox 800HD with the Dream-Elite-3-0-dm800-(009)-ramiMAHER image
I have channels selection, and in the "all", the channels are available.
What do I do to install the bouquets and which do I choose for Sky 28.2 E

Download DreamBoxEdit ver 5 something or other, also need ot download a channel list for an E2 machnie such as catseye, Sgt FLipFlip or Vhannibal.

It is then a case of putting your box details in to DBE then selecting the downloading the list and uploading to your box.

OK. I did that now none of my channels work. I would assume I have picked the wrong list. I chose CCatseye E2 Settings File 28.2 East 13.07.2013. I want 28.2 East Scotland. Is that the wrong list ?

Forget the last one Its working perfectly. The Lmb had been deselected, so all I did was reselect it.
