What is a Bouquet?

Can anyone point me to simple explanation of Bouquets?

They are like folders where channels are stored on your box. Eg All sports channels will be in one folder named Sports.Movies will be stored in another folder. Like wise kids/docs/music channels etc will be stored in different folders. So if you want to watch Sky sports, you would go to sports folder and in there you will find it.Likewise same with others.Hope you understand it now
