Please help. AutoBouquets not finding BT Sport ?

Please help .. I'm new to all this .. I have a Cloud Ibox running E2 ..

I have installed the AutoBouquets and when I update I still don't get BT sport ?

have you updated the sat.xml file which maybe missing the relevant transponder data create a new one here: satellites.xml generator / transponder .ini generator and replace it with your old one
